SaaSPosture provides security assessment information and analysis for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications. Our Service includes:

  • Security grades and scores for SaaS applications
  • Analysis across 9 security dimensions
  • AI integration security assessments
  • Compliance and certification information
  • Comparative analysis between applications

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may use our Service to:

  • Research and evaluate SaaS application security
  • Make informed decisions about software procurement
  • Compare security postures of different applications
  • Access educational content about SaaS security

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

5. Intellectual Property

All content on SaaSPosture, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, security assessments, methodologies, and software, is the property of SaaSPosture or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included content without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Our security assessments are based on publicly available information and our proprietary analysis methodology. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of assessments
  • That our assessments reflect the current security posture of any application
  • That any assessed application is secure or suitable for your needs
  • That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

7. Assessment Information

Our security assessments are:

  • Informational only — not a certification, endorsement, or guarantee
  • Point-in-time snapshots — security postures change frequently
  • Based on public data — we cannot access internal systems
  • Subject to our methodology — see our Methodology page for details

You should conduct your own due diligence before making procurement decisions. Our assessments are one input among many you should consider.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAASPOSTURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any decisions made based on our assessments
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service

9. Vendor Disputes

If you are a vendor assessed on our platform and believe our assessment contains inaccurate information:

  • Visit our Dispute Resolution page to submit a correction request
  • Provide evidence supporting your dispute
  • We will review and respond within 10 business days

We reserve the right to maintain our assessments if we believe they are accurate based on available evidence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaaSPosture and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
